Heh. I know what you mean. We're all getting over a cold right now. Been gone mostly for a week or so but we still have the sniffles.
Before that, it was the stomache flu. Heh.

Maybe try taking a daily pro-biotic multi-vitamin tablet and use a once-a-day nasal spray. I've been using them for the last 6 months under my Dr's advice and havnt had so much as a cold since! 
Though definately don't follow my medical advice without speaking to you Doc! |
